Supernatural Or Super Natural?

Would it surprise you if, right where you are, it started raining money? Why would it surprise you? Would you call it a supernatural event? Most so-called miracles are not supernatural. Rather, they are super natural. If it were necessary for money to rain all around you, it would be the most super natural thing in the world.

THE SPIRITUAL PRINCIPLE AND ITS EVIDENCE

Let’s look at the story of Christ Jesus feeding the multitude in the wilderness to understand why this so-called supernatural event is a most natural one.

Christ Jesus’ seminar went on for hours. By mid-day, stomachs were growling. During one of the short breaks, the disciples sidled up to Christ and whispered, “Master, the people are hungry. Let’s send them to the village to get something to eat, and bring them back later.”

Christ said, “No, we’ll feed them right here.” “With what?” asked the disciples. “There are only a few loaves of bread and a few fish – hardly enough to feed thousands of people.” Christ replied, “Just sit them down.”

Christ kept his eye on the spiritual principle: INFINITE SUBSTANCE (ABUNDANCE) IS EQUALLY PRESENT, AND EVERYWHERE PRESENT, AT THE SAME TIME. THIS ONE SUBSTANCE IS ALWAYS PRESENT IN THE APPROPRIATE FORM.

Keeping this principle in mind; Jesus understood the following facts:

• Spiritual Principle is not bound by material laws.
• Spiritual Principle is not governed by time or space.
• Spiritual Principle and its Evidence is ONE. What’s true of the principle is true of the EVIDENCE.
• Since Spiritual Principle and its Evidence is one, the Evidence does not require human intervention to occur.

This Is Why The Natural Seems Supernatural

To onlookers, it appeared as if Jesus took a little bit of food and turned it into a lot of food. It looked like a supernatural occurrence. But not to Christ Jesus. Cognizant of this Principle, he knew only abundant Substance was present. He knew there was no lack to contend with.

It appeared supernatural only to those looking at the Evidence (of the Principle) without considering (or knowing) the Principle behind the Evidence. No miracle was performed here. It was super natural.

This Is All You Need To Do

Should it ever appear that you are in need of something, don’t be fooled into doing something about it. First, get to the Principle behind the seeming need, then contemplate the four facts listed above.

In the first paragraph of this post I asked if it rained money all around you, would you consider it a supernatural event. I don’t know how you answered. Yet now, you would say, “Allen, if it seemed as though I needed money at the time, it would be no surprise. To be in need would be supernatural. That goes against every spiritual principle I know.”
