BODY 101 (Part 1)

1 Corinthians 3-16 Your Body is a Temple of God pink

The school season has officially begun and college students are shuffling through the hallowed halls of academia with an eagerness to learn. Most likely, your days of all-night cramming for a morning exam are behind you. But not so fast. The reason for this post is to encourage you to go back to school. I’m suggesting that you enroll in, probably, the most practical and effective class you’ve ever taken: BODY 101.

Should you decide to enroll in this class, here’s what you’ll learn:

  • How to immunize your Body so that it never sickens.
  • How to restore the proper functions of every part of your Body.
  • How to undo age-related appearances and diseases.
  • How to see and hear better.
  • How to learn faster.

Are you interested? There are no sign-up and log-in forms. There are no passwords, no course agenda, and no downloads. There is no fee for this course, and Allen White is not teaching this class.

BODY 101 will be taught by the most effective and efficient professor the world has ever known. Before I tell you more about the professor, I’m going to tell you about the world’s most famous student ever to graduate from BODY 101.

  • He raised a man from the dead after three days in the tomb.
  • He gave sight to blind eyes.
  • He instantly healed several men of a deadly contagious disease.
  • He immediately lowered the fever and healed a woman lying in her sickbed.

You know that I’m referring to the summa cum laude graduate of the Body School – Christ Jesus. He was the most diligent student of BODY 101. He listened. He learned. He revealed (some call it healing).

There are so many conflicting theories about the Body. The most divergent are the biological and spiritual. But even authors in the spiritual camp present conflicting ideas. Some say the Body is not real. Others say that the Body is God embodied.

When caring for the Body, some authors suggest that you still use common sense and follow the learned advice of physicians and nutritionists. Others say, “That’s nonsense.”

What’s true? BODY 101 reveals the answer to these and many of your other questions. As there is only one truth concerning 2 plus 2, there is only one Truth concerning the answer to these questions. This one Truth should motivate you to enroll in BODY 101 as soon as possible.

It’s not diet or exercise that will free you from false ideas about the Body. There’s only one way: “You shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:32).

To enroll in BODY 101, you’ll need the following:

  • willingness to relearn the Body/open mind
  • journal
  • list of questions

Willingness To Relearn/Open Mind

To get started in this eye-opening curriculum, you’ll need a willingness to relearn the nature of your Body. Your highly esteemed professor, the Holy Comforter (God Consciousness), will direct the course content. Your questions provide the syllabus.

Relearning your Body implies a willingness to let go of all previous theories you’ve learned about your Body. To illustrate what is meant by letting go, I’m going to digress a moment. Do you know how to trap a live monkey?

“Bore a small hole into a whole young coconut (buko), about an inch in diameter, or just enough for the monkey to insert its hands with outstretched fingers into the nut. Secure the nut with wire or rope among the trees where monkeys abound. Or any place they frequent looking for food.

“A monkey comes, looks around, inserts its hand into the hole. Once its hand reaches the inside of the nut, it scoops the soft flesh and holds it into a tight fist. By so doing its hand gets stuck inside the nut. The monkey will not release its hold and will try to carry off the nut. Get the picture of a small fellow getting his fingers stuck into an oversize bowling ball?

“The poor monkey tumbles, shrieks, and does everything possible to take the nut off, panicking in the process. But it can’t think of releasing his fist. It soon gets exhausted.”

To get out of the trap, the monkey simply needs to let go of the soft flesh. That’s all. No one wants to be trapped in a fleshy concept of the Body – an aging, decaying, body prone to disease and death. To get free one simply needs to be willing to let go of material-based theories concerning the Body.

Journal

A journal is suggested because you do need to record your list of questions, and ideally, your
God-revealed answers.

List of Questions

Consider your Body as it seems right now. Consider your current perceptions of Body in general. What questions do you have? Take your time and make a list.

Your list can include any questions that you would like answered, however, there is one question that should top your list: Does the Body even exist?

I’ve got to go now. Class is about to start. By the next post, you will most likely have your list of questions, and I will conclude this article on BODY 101.

5 Tips To God-Realization

Tip-Sheet

Does the experience of God-Realization seem more elusive than a Big Foot sighting? Are you frustrated because nothing happens when you listen for the “still small voice?” Have you ever thought to yourself: Why can’t I know Truth like Eddy, Aiken, Watts, or Goldsmith? You can. Below are five tips that are sure to open the door of God-Realization.

TIP #1: PURE MOTIVE

The password for God-Realization is a pure heart. Your motive must be pure. Why are you seeking God-Realization? What do you hope will happen once God-Realization is experienced? If the answer to these questions is anything other than the joy of knowing God directly, your motive is not pure. The experience should be (and will prove to be) enough.

TIP #2: YOU ARE THE REALIZATION THAT YOU’RE SEEKING

God is All. God is your Being. There is nothing – not even the false belief of separation – between you and God. There is just God as You. When you consider this fact, it’s easy to see that there is nothing separating you from God-Realization. God-Realization is simply Self-Realization.

The reason Realization seems so elusive is because the so-called seeker is starting from a place of separation. When you sit or lie down to hear, suspend the belief that you and God-Realization are separate. Be willing to accept the idea that the Truth I AM seeking is the Truth I AM.

Realization is not coming to you like a check in the mail. The God-Realization that you seem to be seeking is your very Being. Here’s the Truth: YOU ARE IN A PERPETUAL STATE OF GOD-REALIZATION.

TIP #3: GIVE IT UP

If you can come up with any reason why you cannot realize God’s Presence, that reason will seem to obstruct your realization. That’s as simple as it gets. Although the obstruction is not real, it will seem very real to you. Below are three self-imposed obstruction to God-Realization:

  • guilt
  • self-condemnation
  • unworthiness

You and I have already agreed that there is nothing separating you from the experience of Realization, but do you understand that word nothing? It means no thing. No thing! Not even false ideas or feelings can separate you from God-Realization.

  • What you did in the past cannot separate you.
  • Feelings of unworthiness cannot separate you.

Be willing to give up your self-imposed barriers. When you pray, acknowledge this fact: THERE IS NOT ONE THING THAT SEPARATES ME FROM THE EXPERIENCE OF GOD-REALIZATION.

TIP #4: FORGIVE

Forgiveness facilitates God-Realization. No, anger is not an actual barrier to God-Realization, but it triggers feelings of unworthiness that are hard to shake.

What someone (seemingly) did to you has only the power you give it. All the while, God’s Infinite Goodness is all that is going on in your life – as your life. Knowing this, just forgive. Is it hard for you to forgive? Then, be willing to forgive. A simple willingness will work wonders.

TIP #5: DON’T GIVE UP

I would not be surprised to hear that after taking these tips to heart, you had your first experience of God-Realization. Or, that experiences of God-Realization are more frequent. However, if that is not the case, don’t give up.

Christ Jesus said it best in these words from The Gospel of Thomas: “Let him who seeks not cease from his search until he finds. When he finds, he will be bewildered. He will wonder and reign over all.”

Truth Is Working Right Now

luke-137_orig

If a glass is filled with water – really filled – is there room for ice? Is there space in that glass for even one drop of another substance? The earth and heaven are filled to capacity with the presence of God. Where is there room for man, woman, child, bird or bee? If any form is in the Kingdom, it is God formed. These forms can be mistakenly identified as anything, but that does not alter the fact that the form is God. GOD IS ALL. ALL IS GOD. The understanding of this is the sighting and experience of the Kingdom of God.

Why doesn’t Truth work? Have you ever asked your Self that question? Surely in periods of seeming dismay and despair you have asked yourself this question, but the fictitious self that you asked can no more give you the answer than it can “make Truth work.” Do you fully understand – and you must, given who you are – that any attempt to make Truth work is a vain attempt to glorify a false sense of human identity? Truth cannot and will not glorify this identity, for it knows nothing of it. All attempts by this identity to get Truth to do something for it will meet with failure and frustration.

Until God is given all honor, all glory, all majesty, and all identity, it will seem as though Truth is not working. It will seem as though time is necessary for Truth to work. What the one who attempts to “use” Truth fails to notice is that the time it takes for it to “work” is endless. The only thing working at all in these instances is the faith of the one who is hoping that Truth will someday work. God is Truth. Do you believe that God is having a problem with God? To God, Truth (God) is working and has always worked. No, this is not work to change anything. This is purely the joyous activity of Being. (from God Is All)

Who Will Win The 2017 Abby Award?

award

The Creation Of The Abby Award

The Master of Ceremonies opens the envelope and announces “And the ‘Abby’ goes to ….”

Let’s back up to the beginning. In my mind I picture a new awards show. In America you have the Oscar, Grammy and Emmy awards. In France, you have the Prix Goncourt. In the United Kingdom there is the BAFTA awards. All of these represent excellence in a certain field. But what about the field of Absolute writers and publishers. Deserving folk in this genre should be recognized too. So, I’ve created (in my wildest imagination) the Abby Award for writers and publishers of the Absolute.

[Back to the show]

As I write, the judges are tallying up the votes. I’m on edge waiting for the unknown man in the tuxedo to hand the envelope to the Master of Ceremonies. He walks onto the stage and hands the envelope to the elegantly gowned MC. After opening the envelope, she pauses and then announces, “And the Abby Award goes to Mystics of the World (M.O.W.).” Smiles light up the room.

Mystics Of The World Is Our Fairy Godmother

For over a decade, Mystics of the World has been the fairy godmother for authors of the Absolute. Authors like Jane Woodward found a publishing angel in Mystics of the World (Denice Jutras). Her books are excellent but too small to be considered by traditional publishers.

My story is simple. God Is All enjoyed excellent distribution by DeVorss and sold very well in the United States and Canada. Once Mystics of the World put the book in their catalog, God Is All started circulating in India, New Zealand, Africa, United Kingdom and Brazil.

If you want a book by Lillian DeWaters, Vivian May Williams, Marie Watts, or Paul Gorman, where do you turn? Mystics of the World.

The Marie Watts Project

Recently M.O.W. embarked on an ambitious project to reprint all of the books of Marie Watts so that they are all traditionally sized and bound. That project is almost complete, and many of Watts’ books are now available through Mystics of the World and Amazon.com. Visit their site to see what winks at you. Here are my recommendations of Marie Watts’ books:

  • Three Essential Steps
  • Your Eternal Identity
  • Questions And Answers From The Word
  • Success Is Normal

Congratulations Mystics of the World on your Abby award.

Haven’t Experienced Revelation? Here’s Help

blog

Sitting In The Silence, But No Revelations

“Allen, I’ve sat in silence for years, but nothing happens. No revelations, no illumination – nothing. I’ve read your books and have practically memorized Joel Goldsmith’s, but I can’t figure out what in the h**l I’m doing wrong.”

Reader, is this where you seem to be? I’ve been there. It’s frustrating. It’s disheartening. After a long while of “nothing’s happening,” you just go through the motion of silent praying, but you don’t expect anything to come of it. It’s maddening!

Don’t Be Discouraged. There Is Only One Mind.

Because I have been there, I’m offering the following suggestion to newbies in order to bypass this phase, and to the disheartened, to finally find fulfillment.

But first, reader, take a look at the premise that undergirds the suggestion.

God is All. There is only One Mind, and that Mind is the full Revelation of Truth. This is “your” Mind right now.

The mind that has never experienced Revelation – the unillumined mind is no mind at all. It is non-existent.

In short, at this very moment, you are a fully Illumined Identity. You, reader, are Revelation Itself.

Now that you have read, understood and accepted the premise, let’s move on to the suggestion

Try This For Thirty Days

Before you start your silent prayer, acknowledge that you are already fully Illumined. Acknowledge right now that you are the full Revelation of Truth. STOP reaching out for Truth. Instead, settle into “your” fully illumined Mind.

Try this for 30 days, but remember, no reaching out. Settle in.

Is Death An Illusion?

Dying-to-Know-title-screen-shot

What is the answer to 3 + 3?
What happens after (so-called) death?
There’s a right answer to both questions.

Ask ten adults the first question and they will all give you the same answer: SIX! That is the right answer.

Let’s move to the second question. Ask ten people what happens after death and you may get ten different answers. And yet, like 3 + 3, there is one right answer.

How Would You Answer These Questions?

Reader, I have a few more questions for you:

  • Do we have to die?
  • Why do we have to die?
  • Is death real?
  • What happens when someone appears to die?

Did you answer “I don’t know” to one or more of these questions? Did you answer any question with a definite, unequivocal answer? How do you know your answer is correct?

Again, there is one right answer to each of the four (4) “death” questions. Aren’t you curious about them? I believe that you are. I believe that every time a loved one appears to die, there is a flicker of curiosity about the answer to these questions. That’s why I wrote this post.

How To Know That You Know

I urge you to satisfy your curiosity. Get the answers to these question. The subject of death does not have to continue to be a mystery for you. You can know everything you want to know about this fallacious appearance. Here’s how: “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of Google (Oops! I meant God.)” James 1:5.

Go directly to God Consciousness and ask the above questions. Of course you will have to listen for the answers. You may have to repeatedly ask and listen, but know this – Consciousness will reveal the answer. Reader, you will KNOW, and know that you KNOW just as surely as you know 3 + 3 = 6. And, you will never be mesmerized or paralyzed by this appearance again.

Embrace Effortless Awareness

BeStill-700.png

Flashing Of The Neon Lights

For almost two weeks, like neon lights in the black sky, the words CONSTANTLY CONSCIOUS kept flashing in my awareness. No matter where I was or what I was doing, the words blazed in my mind: CONSTANTLY CONSCIOUS.

Here’s the back story. One night while silently praying, the universal, impersonal Consciousness revealed this idea: YOU ARE CONSTANTLY CONSCIOUS OF GOD BEING THE ONLY PRESENCE, POWER AND EVIDENCE WHETHER YOU ARE CONTEMPLATING OR NOT.

Even When You Think You’re Not, You Are

Reader, please read the revelation again. This is your Truth, and it is your Truth now. Even when you seem to be caught up in the busy-ness of daily living – not even thinking about Truth – you are CONSTANTLY CONSCIOUS OF GOD BEING THE ONLY PRESENCE, POWER AND EVIDENCE.

Knowing that you are CONSTANTLY CONSCIOUS, isn’t it a relief from that inner struggle to attain Illumined Awareness? Let’s further explore this idea.

Consciousness Is Impersonal

Consciousness is not a personal possession. Illumined Consciousness is a universal presence and a universal Fact of Being. It is God. You, reader, are Illumined Consciousness Identified. All that you are (including your Body) is Illumined Consciousness CONSTANTLY CONSCIOUS of being all that God is as you.

It’s Marvelous

Now that you have considered and embraced this Fact, your days and nights will never be the same. At once, you notice that your days and nights are filled to overflowing with indescribable joy. The effort to think True thoughts and to hold onto Truth is now replaced by experiences of Truth spontaneously surging as your awareness. Effortlessly, you are “praying without ceasing,” and serenely, you are “dwelling in the secret place of the Most High. It’s marvelous.

The Joys Of Contemplation

bt-contemplation

Someone recently asked me, “Allen, how do you contemplate?” Ultimately, reader, you will have to find your own way, but below are the three ways I contemplate.

1

My favorite way is to sit in silence for a few moments. Slowly, I repeat the words “I Am.” After two or three repetitions, Consciousness usually stops on the word “I” revealing that “I” is boundless, universal, and impersonal.

Effortlessly and without planning, I find myself contemplating a spiritual Truth. At this point, rather than a sense of doing something, my experience is one of being the contemplation.

This way is easy, relaxed, and totally effortless.

2

Since 1998, I’ve kept a “Spiritual Journal.” I have five of them, and scribbled on their pages are many of the revelations I “heard” in silent prayer.

Sometimes, I pick up one of the journals and flip to a page. Then, I contemplate the revelations on that page. The joy of this approach is that I am contemplating Truths that have already been revealed.

Contemplating Truths that have already been revealed always opens the door to fuller knowledge and experience of that Truth. It is wonderful.

3

Another way I contemplate involves the Bible or some other spiritual literature. Reader, has this happened to you? While reading a book of Truth, does a word or sentence pop out as if it is demanding more of your attention?

When this happens, I don’t keep reading. I stop and contemplate that word or sentence. Sometimes I ask Consciousness, “What is it I am to perceive here?” I may have to do this more than once, but when the answer is revealed, I feel like I’m going to explode with joy.

Reader, here is what I don’t do. I never contemplate with the idea that this contemplation is going to fix something. Furthermore, I realize that Truth is always true whether I am contemplating it or not.

Many people have questions about the why’s of contemplation and prayer. Those questions are answered in The Prayer Project.  Just a click away.

The Hospital Visit

hosp

Do You Dread The Hospital Visit?

“Allen, those uncomfortable pockets of silence are darn near torturous. I sit there watching them [the patients] struggle to put on a brave face while in obvious agony. All the while, Allen, my mind scrambles to find the right words to say. Finally, I just stand up and say ‘I’ve got to hurry now before rush-hour traffic.’” These are the words of a man describing why he hates the hospital visit.

Do you dread the hospital visit? Should you ever have to make a hospital visit, this brief post will make that visit a joy-filled experience. Reader, be conscious of this: You are the Light of the world. Make that visit in the power of your God-Being. In any hospital visit, there is only one thing to remember: YOU ARE NOT THERE TO SAY ANYTHING. YOU ARE THERE TO KNOW THAT GOD IS ALL.

Stand On The Rock Of Truth

Standing on and as this solid Rock of Truth is all that is required. From this high point, the right words will flow from your mouth as effortlessly as the river flows downstream. And maybe no words will come at all, but it does not matter.

Sitting in that hospital room, mindful of God’s Allness (and nothing else), don’t be surprised if later you get a call saying, “What did you say to Aunt Nancy? She appreciated your visit so much. She said you really inspired and lifted her spirits.”

While hearing these words, you may think to yourself, “What did I say?” But it wasn’t what you said. IT WAS WHAT YOU WERE KNOWING AND BEING that inspired, uplifted and revealed God’s Presence.

When you stand on and AS the solid Rock of Truth (God is All), every word that you say is inspiring and empowering – even a joke. Yes, even your laughter rings with Truth, and the pockets of silence echo God’s Allness.

Stop worrying about what to say and just be concerned about what you know.

Racism – When Will It End?

project-racism-it-stops-with-me

What Won’t Work To End Racism And Why

The appearance is that racism and prejudice have been going on ever since men appeared to look different from one another. At least that’s how it appears. I’m no anthropologist, but I know we’re talking about a long time.

Here in America, the Civil Rights movement has helped Black people find some semblance of equality, yet Blacks still complain that things are off balance. “We’re still treated like the ugly stepchild,” they cry.

Neither the country nor the races involved matter: Racism is running rampant throughout the world. Or, so it seems. The question that lingers in the minds of the discriminated is “Will it ever end?” Grassroots movements are springing up everywhere trying to right the wrongs of racism and prejudice. Reluctant local and federal governments are forced to address the issue.

Again, I ask: Will racism ever end? To effectively answer this question, I have to start at the top (God’s Allness) and work my way down.

Starting from the top, RACISM NEVER BEGAN. God is one infinite, indivisible presence and power. This infinite presence is the substance – the reality – of every Identity in this universe. As one writer said, “God has never pulled off chunks of Itself and threw them around the world to war and fight against one another.” No, the oneness of Love is the ever-present reality.

Reader, right now you may be asking this one question, “Yes, Allen, I know it is an appearance, but will the appearance of racism ever end?”

Yes, it will! But first, let’s look at the craziest thing we do to end racism, and why it can never work. For centuries, people have tried to legislate racial equality. They have petitioned, begged and fought the governments to incorporate measures to ensure equality. But has this been effective? Ask anyone who feels they have been discriminated against because of their race. The answer is, “No!”

The Facts Of Life

FACT #1

EQUALITY CANNOT BE LEGISLATED. Why? Equality is a spiritual quality. It is one of the sons of Love. Spiritual qualities cannot be legislated. They can only be realized. Spiritual qualities can never be manipulated by the machinations of so-called human beings. EQUALITY CANNOT BE LEGISLATED. IT CAN ONLY BE REALIZED. Just once, read that sentence out loud.

FACT#2

Reader, equality is a matter of Consciousness. And RACIAL EQUALITY IS A MATTER OF ILLUMINATION.

Pretend for a moment that you see a white man discriminate against a black man because of his skin color. Recently, I read a strange story where a white woman on a TAM flight demanded that her seat be changed when she saw that her seatmate was a black man. (The story did have a happy ending).

Reimagine the story. How different would the story read if the white woman could not see the color of the black man’s skin, or even the color of her own skin? Would there be a story to report? No!

This is why I (and just a few other authors) stress Illumination. In the experience of Illumination, you don’t see skin color. You can’t. Are you surprised to read this? Don’t be. Reader, you know that skin color is a biological manifestation. Yet, you and everyone else are Spiritual manifestations. You are not a manifestation of biological laws. You are pure Spirit. Everyone is. Your Body is Spirit embodied, and in Illumination (seeing things as they are) you see Spiritual Bodies and not the biological counterfeit.

When you don’t see skin color, your actions cannot be based on it. It’s as simple as that.

Look out for Part 2 in early May.
