The Joys Of Contemplation

bt-contemplation

Someone recently asked me, “Allen, how do you contemplate?” Ultimately, reader, you will have to find your own way, but below are the three ways I contemplate.

1

My favorite way is to sit in silence for a few moments. Slowly, I repeat the words “I Am.” After two or three repetitions, Consciousness usually stops on the word “I” revealing that “I” is boundless, universal, and impersonal.

Effortlessly and without planning, I find myself contemplating a spiritual Truth. At this point, rather than a sense of doing something, my experience is one of being the contemplation.

This way is easy, relaxed, and totally effortless.

2

Since 1998, I’ve kept a “Spiritual Journal.” I have five of them, and scribbled on their pages are many of the revelations I “heard” in silent prayer.

Sometimes, I pick up one of the journals and flip to a page. Then, I contemplate the revelations on that page. The joy of this approach is that I am contemplating Truths that have already been revealed.

Contemplating Truths that have already been revealed always opens the door to fuller knowledge and experience of that Truth. It is wonderful.

3

Another way I contemplate involves the Bible or some other spiritual literature. Reader, has this happened to you? While reading a book of Truth, does a word or sentence pop out as if it is demanding more of your attention?

When this happens, I don’t keep reading. I stop and contemplate that word or sentence. Sometimes I ask Consciousness, “What is it I am to perceive here?” I may have to do this more than once, but when the answer is revealed, I feel like I’m going to explode with joy.

Reader, here is what I don’t do. I never contemplate with the idea that this contemplation is going to fix something. Furthermore, I realize that Truth is always true whether I am contemplating it or not.

Many people have questions about the why’s of contemplation and prayer. Those questions are answered in The Prayer Project.  Just a click away.

The Hospital Visit

hosp

Do You Dread The Hospital Visit?

“Allen, those uncomfortable pockets of silence are darn near torturous. I sit there watching them [the patients] struggle to put on a brave face while in obvious agony. All the while, Allen, my mind scrambles to find the right words to say. Finally, I just stand up and say ‘I’ve got to hurry now before rush-hour traffic.’” These are the words of a man describing why he hates the hospital visit.

Do you dread the hospital visit? Should you ever have to make a hospital visit, this brief post will make that visit a joy-filled experience. Reader, be conscious of this: You are the Light of the world. Make that visit in the power of your God-Being. In any hospital visit, there is only one thing to remember: YOU ARE NOT THERE TO SAY ANYTHING. YOU ARE THERE TO KNOW THAT GOD IS ALL.

Stand On The Rock Of Truth

Standing on and as this solid Rock of Truth is all that is required. From this high point, the right words will flow from your mouth as effortlessly as the river flows downstream. And maybe no words will come at all, but it does not matter.

Sitting in that hospital room, mindful of God’s Allness (and nothing else), don’t be surprised if later you get a call saying, “What did you say to Aunt Nancy? She appreciated your visit so much. She said you really inspired and lifted her spirits.”

While hearing these words, you may think to yourself, “What did I say?” But it wasn’t what you said. IT WAS WHAT YOU WERE KNOWING AND BEING that inspired, uplifted and revealed God’s Presence.

When you stand on and AS the solid Rock of Truth (God is All), every word that you say is inspiring and empowering – even a joke. Yes, even your laughter rings with Truth, and the pockets of silence echo God’s Allness.

Stop worrying about what to say and just be concerned about what you know.

The Thirty-Day Reboot

Somebody Lied – Truth Will Not Heal You

Do you feel that Truth is not working for you? Are you ready to give up? Reader, before you throw in the towel, please read this post all the way to the last period.

I have a confession: TRUTH DOES NOT WORK. Anyone who tries to use Truth to heal a sick body, fill an empty wallet, mend a broken relationship, or land that perfect job will be disappointed. TRUTH DOES NOT WORK.

Many people with whom I’ve spoken admit that their spiritual life has largely consisted of trying to use Truth to get something, or get rid of something. The “thing,” they admit, is and has always been the focus of their spiritual activity. They don’t come right out and say it, but their personal anthem is “Give me the thing. By any means necessary, give me the thing. I’ll try Truth, if Truth will give me the thing, but give me the thing.” If there was another way to get the thing, the users of Truth would drop Truth as quick as the dog drops his chew toy to snatch the steak.

This Is Why God Can’t Fix It

Let’s get back to God. God is All. What God is, is all that is. This is the Fact of Life. Besides God, there is nothing – no thing. Besides God there is no thing to get and no thing to get rid of. God is All.

God does not meander in the dark corridors of nothingness (sickness, lack, limitation, dumbness, sadness, etc.). God (Truth) knows nothing about them. Having no existence, they are the great unknowables. Knowing nothing about them, God cannot fix them. God cannot heal them. You cannot use the somethingness of God’s Allness to fix the nothingness of trials and troubles.

The 30-Day Prayer Reboot

Reader, if you are feeling that you are ready to give up on Truth, STOP!

For thirty (30) days, try this. Junk the notion of God fixing your life. (Do you see the inherent dualism of that idea?) Junk the notion of God healing your body, filling your wallet, or making any other use of Truth. Forget about all the gifts you want Truth to put under your tree. Forget about all of the so-called benefits from your spiritual practice.

Next, focus your prayerful attention on God’s Allness. Contemplate God’s Allness just for the thrill of it. Seek (within Consciousness) a greater understanding of God’s Allness – just for the joy of it. In all of your ways, acknowledge God’s Allness – just for the delight of it.

Reader, do this for thirty days and you will realize God’s Allness in ways never experienced before. And, you will know that no thrill compares to the thrill of God realization. Furthermore, you will see that Truth does not work, but rather, Truth is ALL, and ALL THAT YOU ARE.

Did You Ever Ask This Question?

 einstein

Are You Asking The Wrong Questions

Lydia gazed out of her bedroom window at the gazebo in the rose garden. She wasn’t really looking at it, for her mind nibbled away at one question: How could this happen to me?

Lydia thought to herself, “I’ve dedicated my life to this Truth. Every day, for years, I’ve contemplated God’s Allness. I’ve sat in silences listening and hearing that still small voice. No one can question my devotion to Truth, and yet this thing has happened to me. Why? How?”

When a problem seems to come out of nowhere and knocks a so-called Truth student off his feet, the first thought usually is, “How could this happen to me?” Right on its tail is “With all that I know, why did this happen to me?”

The Right Question

You’ve heard the term “barking up the wrong tree,” haven’t you? It’s a hunting term used to describe the cunning skill of the prey. The wily raccoon tricks the hunting dogs into believing he scurried up the tree. While the dogs scramble and bark at the base of the tree, the raccoon slips away. If only the dogs knew better, they would do better. When you ask the question: why is this happening to me, you are barking up the wrong tree.

God is All, and All is God. This is the fundamental fact of Life, and you could state it in many ways. You, reader, could say Love is All, Perfection is All, Light is All, or Wealth is All. The words (as long as they are consistent with the nature of God) don’t matter. It all boils down to the one fundamental fact of Life: God is All.

Questions like: “Why did this happen to me?” and “How could this happen to me?” admit that the trouble is a real presence and power. But, this can’t be. God is the only Presence and Power. Again, asking why and how questions like these is barking up the wrong tree. Nothing good can come from it.

One time, after I barked myself silly, I asked myself, “Allen, how can you say that God is All and believe that any trouble is real?” Reader, it can’t be done. The Allness of God precludes the possibility of any type of trouble.

Rather than asking why this is happening to me, it is better and more enlightening to ask IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME?

Be Still And Listen

Once you ask such a question of God Consciousness (your Only Consciousness), be still and listen for the answer. If it doesn’t come right away, ask and listen again. Consciousness will answer, and the answer will amaze you. The answer will reveal the only Evidence – God.

The Importance of Constancy by Marie Watts

i-love-perfection-129839465316

But, I Had Such An Incredible Morning Contemplation

So often when we contemplate in the early morning quietness, we are gloriously aware of being just what God is, and nothing else. And we are sure that we will continue to see things as they are throughout the day.

Then we embark upon our daily activities, and it seems that the Light dims, and sometimes disappears altogether. We appear to find our Self thinking, talking, and acting just as though we were born temporary human beings – WHICH WE ARE NOT. Then later in the evening we wonder why the Light that shone so beautifully in the morning contemplation seemed to disappear during the day.

We know that the Light we are cannot possibly be dimmed, nor can it disappear. But it certainly can seem to dim to the point of appearing to be extinguished.

You Are The Constancy

What are we to perceive when the Light we are seems to vary, to waver, to dim, or to disappear? We are to realize that WE ARE THE INFINITE, OMNIPRESENT, ETERNAL TRUTH THAT IS CONSTANCY. We know that we are the constant, uninterrupted Principle which is Life, Mind, Consciousness, Love. Knowing that we are all Truth, we realize that we are the ever-present Truth that is Constancy.

Thus, whenever the affairs of the day seem to become burdensome, difficult, or frustrating, it is well to withdraw for a few moments. We can then realize, in silent contemplation, that we ARE THE PRINCIPLE WHICH IS CONSTANCY ITSELF.

Also, we can perceive that we are the same Constancy that we knew our Self to be during the morning contemplation. Consciousness does not become more or less conscious. Thus there is never any more or less Constancy present as our Being.

There Is No Interruption Of Perfection

The immutable Perfection that you are is not interrupted by periods of illness or imperfection. The Constancy that you are does not fluctuate. The Joy you are does not change to sadness. The Peace you are does not become disturbed. The eternal Identity you is a constant Identity. You are not an identity that is incarnated, and that has to be reincarnated over and over again.

Beloved One, it would be well for you to consider this word “Constancy” in your daily contemplation. You will marvel at the revelations which will be your experience when, as full open Consciousness, the radiant Splendor YOU ARE increasingly reveals the Constancy that you are.

Racism – Seeing Its Nothingness

Oneness promo

Thanks for your positive feedback on the last post. From the feedback, I could tell that racism is a touchy subject. One reader shared his experience with racism that altered the course of this post. He made me see that this post must be more practical.

Since blog readers love list-posts, I decided to list three things you can do to perceive the nothingness of racism. And, reader, racism is a nothing. The entire history of racial prejudice is a fabrication. God Is All – always!

Racism is a nothing. But, reader, the suggestions that follow are great for seeing the nothingness of nothing.

1

Don’t Fight Discrimination

Fighting discrimination is like trying to sweep the ghost from under the bed. You can sweep for hours and never get rid of the ghost. It’s not there.

Whatever steps you are taking to fight being discriminated against, stop it. Stop running down to the Equal Employment Opportunity Office whining about how “they” are discriminating against you because of your race. Stop joining groups that fight racism. Stop marching. There are better ways to spend your time.

2

Honor Only One Power

Racism requires an impossibility. It requires the presence of two or more and, reader, there is only One Presence – God. However, if racism seems real to you, simply ask your Self this question: Is there more than one Presence? Listen for the answer. In many instances, this is all it will take to perceive that God (Love) Is All that is going on.

You have probably said to yourself many times, “God Is All.” And every time you’ve said this, you have stated a Truth. Regardless of appearances, stand by this statement and honor just only One Presence and One Power.

3

Give Up Your Racial Identity

God is not a white man.
God is not a black man.
God is not a yellow man.

Reader, you cannot say, “I and God are One,” and experience the power of this Truth while clinging to a racial sense of identity. The I that you are is infinite, indivisible, and eternal. The I that you are is pure Spirit and has never known of a material sense of Identity.

Do you feel that you are being discriminated against because you are _____________? Then stop being ___________. Stop identifying yourself as ____________. And equally important, stop identifying them (the perpetrator) as ______________.

The entire scenario of racism is fiction, so stop functioning in fiction. Get back to the FACT OF BEING – God Is All.

Closing Note

Reader, I think you get the point. Resolving racism is an inside job. It’s a matter of Conscious Awareness of God’s Allness. It is here that you perceive that you are neither a victim nor a perpetrator of racism. It is here that you perceive that racism never began.

Racism – When Will It End?

project-racism-it-stops-with-me

What Won’t Work To End Racism And Why

The appearance is that racism and prejudice have been going on ever since men appeared to look different from one another. At least that’s how it appears. I’m no anthropologist, but I know we’re talking about a long time.

Here in America, the Civil Rights movement has helped Black people find some semblance of equality, yet Blacks still complain that things are off balance. “We’re still treated like the ugly stepchild,” they cry.

Neither the country nor the races involved matter: Racism is running rampant throughout the world. Or, so it seems. The question that lingers in the minds of the discriminated is “Will it ever end?” Grassroots movements are springing up everywhere trying to right the wrongs of racism and prejudice. Reluctant local and federal governments are forced to address the issue.

Again, I ask: Will racism ever end? To effectively answer this question, I have to start at the top (God’s Allness) and work my way down.

Starting from the top, RACISM NEVER BEGAN. God is one infinite, indivisible presence and power. This infinite presence is the substance – the reality – of every Identity in this universe. As one writer said, “God has never pulled off chunks of Itself and threw them around the world to war and fight against one another.” No, the oneness of Love is the ever-present reality.

Reader, right now you may be asking this one question, “Yes, Allen, I know it is an appearance, but will the appearance of racism ever end?”

Yes, it will! But first, let’s look at the craziest thing we do to end racism, and why it can never work. For centuries, people have tried to legislate racial equality. They have petitioned, begged and fought the governments to incorporate measures to ensure equality. But has this been effective? Ask anyone who feels they have been discriminated against because of their race. The answer is, “No!”

The Facts Of Life

FACT #1

EQUALITY CANNOT BE LEGISLATED. Why? Equality is a spiritual quality. It is one of the sons of Love. Spiritual qualities cannot be legislated. They can only be realized. Spiritual qualities can never be manipulated by the machinations of so-called human beings. EQUALITY CANNOT BE LEGISLATED. IT CAN ONLY BE REALIZED. Just once, read that sentence out loud.

FACT#2

Reader, equality is a matter of Consciousness. And RACIAL EQUALITY IS A MATTER OF ILLUMINATION.

Pretend for a moment that you see a white man discriminate against a black man because of his skin color. Recently, I read a strange story where a white woman on a TAM flight demanded that her seat be changed when she saw that her seatmate was a black man. (The story did have a happy ending).

Reimagine the story. How different would the story read if the white woman could not see the color of the black man’s skin, or even the color of her own skin? Would there be a story to report? No!

This is why I (and just a few other authors) stress Illumination. In the experience of Illumination, you don’t see skin color. You can’t. Are you surprised to read this? Don’t be. Reader, you know that skin color is a biological manifestation. Yet, you and everyone else are Spiritual manifestations. You are not a manifestation of biological laws. You are pure Spirit. Everyone is. Your Body is Spirit embodied, and in Illumination (seeing things as they are) you see Spiritual Bodies and not the biological counterfeit.

When you don’t see skin color, your actions cannot be based on it. It’s as simple as that.

Look out for Part 2 in early May.

Spiritual Celebration Of Earth Day

Earth-Day-Celebration copy

The Spiritual Way Is The Best Way

April 22, 2016 is Earth Day. For forty-six years Earth Day has focused our attention on the awareness and appreciation of this giant ball we call Earth. The purpose of Earth Day is to take better care of our planet – to stop raping this planet of its natural resources.

Since its inception, people have jumped in hoe and spade, planting trees, cleaning parks, eating cleaner, and filling recycle bins.

But, reader, you and I know that what folk think they can accomplish humanly can best be accomplished spiritually – by spiritual perception. It’s a matter of Consciousness. Rather than human busyness, life is always and only a matter of Consciousness.

Did You Realize This About Planet Earth?

In the Unity hymnbook, there is a song called “The Universe Sings.” I’m sure the melody has won the Dorky Award, but the message reveals an overlooked Truth. Here are the lyrics.

The Universe sings I Am, I Am.
The Universe rings I Am, I Am.
The Universe brings, through each atom and cell
A song of its own,
It’s singing I Am.

Every star in the sky is singing I Am.
Every bird winging by is singing I Am.
Every woman and man, everything in God’s plan
Has a song of its own,
I Am, I Am.

This song says it all: The Universe is conscious of being I AM. The Universe is conscious of being Life, Love, Light, Perfection, Spirit, etc. In short – this is a completely illumined Universe. And if the Universe is completely Illumined, Earth is completely Illumined.

Will You Join Me In A Real Earth Day Celebration?

Reader, when you joyously recognize and acknowledge the FACT that every nook and cranny of this planet Earth is Illumination Itself, you have celebrated Earth Day in the most powerful way. On April 22 – just to join in the global revelry – I’m going to sit down in my living room chair and contemplate the spiritual nature of this great and grand ball we call Earth.

Even now, as I am writing this, just thinking that Earth is just what God is brings a smile to my face. Here are my thoughts:

  • This planet Earth is Eternal Life through and through.
  • This planet Earth is Infinite, Unconditional Love.
  • This planet Earth is pure Unadulterated Perfection.
  • This planet Earth is pure Spirit without a single material element.

I am inviting you to join me in contemplating what the Earth (God’s Presence) is knowing of Itself. Reader, just for a few days, will you commit to this type of contemplation? Think of it this way: Without joining a group, lifting a shovel, or filling a bin, you can do something effective and never leave your home. You may be asking yourself, “Is this practical? What good will it do?”

Your Knowing Is Your Showing

If the suggestion in this article weren’t practical, this blog post would be a waste of your reading, and my writing time. Reader, your KNOWING of Earth’s true nature is practical, and it will appear to do much without actually doing a thing.

Your KNOWING will accomplish your heart’s sincerest desire: the SHOWING forth of Earth’s ever-present Perfection. Because of your KNOWING, you will hear reports of:

  • cleaner air and less pollution of lakes, rivers and oceans
  • animals being removed from the “Endangered Species” list
  • sightings of animals once thought to be extinct
  • abundant natural resources
  • cooperation of nations for the “greater good”

All this you will hear, but don’t be deceived. Nothing has changed. What appears as a change for the better is Earth’s ever-present perfection showing forth as your awareness and your experience. As in all things, the showing is directly related to your KNOWING.

Happy Earth Day!

Are These Your Questions Too?

handwritten letter

About seven weeks ago, Trevor, a reader of Absolutely Yours, sent me the perfect email – perfect because in one email he asks many questions that people have asked over the years. Because I wanted to thoroughly address the questions Trevor asked, without being too wordy, it has taken many weeks to respond to his communication. Below is Trevor’s email.

I do enjoy your blogs – Perhaps it is easy to write about Truth, but what you write about is it your experience or just pretty thoughts? Take your blog for instance “Escaping The Dream of Human Existence.”
Questions:

  • Do I have a mind that is aware of a material or human existence? You must believe in this mind otherwise you would not write blogs. You believe there is an audience that can be reached … you get my drift.
  • So many Truth writers there are, but, do they practice what they preach?
  • What is your purpose?

I know that we seem to be in a world of form but need not be of it where God sends His Teachers. Not that they are part of it but for a moment leave the Light and enter the darkness to show forth the Light.

Peace and Love,
Trevor

To make the answers to Trevor’s questions clear to you, I decided to approach them in sections that address most of Trevor’s questions.

Is what I write my experience, or just pretty thoughts?

In my early years as a minister, I made the decision not to preach anything that I have not experienced to some degree. When I write or teach about instantaneous healing, it’s because I have experienced it myself. When I write about taking no human action to find employment, it’s because that’s how I found employment. When I write about seeing the Body of Light, or hearing the Music of the Spheres, it’s because that’s what I saw and heard.

Most of the Truth writers I know are writing from their experiences. More importantly, most of the Truth writers I know have withheld writing about experiences that totally defy what the so-called intellect deems possible. Pretty thoughts and well-crafted words without genuine experience are pointless.

Reader, this is the most important thing. Through prayer, continue to explore the Allness of God. Do not be deterred! The experiences that reveal themselves will never frighten you. They will astound you.

You must believe in this mind otherwise you would not write blogs. You must believe an audience can be reached.

A Practitioner who takes calls from those who seem to be dealing with tumors, growths, and other bodily troubles does not respond to the caller because she believes that these troubles exist and can be healed. She doesn’t even acknowledge the reality of an identity or body that could possibly experience these troubles.

Similarly, I don’t write blogs because I believe in a human mind that can be helped, but because I know (despite convincing suggestions otherwise) that there is only One Mind.

Trevor, I write Truth because, as Truth is All, what else is there to write? I speak Truth because, as Truth is All, what else is there to speak?

I could write long discourses about the circus-like machinations of the American political scene, but it would be a lie. I could write about the health benefits of tea made from the carcasses of dung beetles, but that too would be a lie. Writing about anything other than Truth is wasted paper, ink and pixels.

As far as that audience to reach. I wish I believed there was one; then I would actively market this blog. Years ago I wrote a post (don’t know if it transferred to Absolutely Yours) for performers – how they can be more effective performers. It was based on my years and “struggles” performing as a classical pianist.

In a nutshell: Know that you and the so-called audience IS ONE – not two. That’s the mindset that I write these posts. It’s the only possible way.

I always open my lectures with these words. “Do not look up to the speaker. I, the speaker, and you, the listener, IS ONE MIND. You are both the speaker and the listener. Even when you read the words of Christ Jesus, know that they are the words of ‘your’ Mind.” This is true of the books and posts that I write.

Do the Truth writers practice what they preach?

In short, yes. But let me open the curtain so that you can peek in on the process.

It all starts when the writer experiences some form of Illumination. This is when he has a momentary experience of existence as it IS – as spiritual Form and Substance. Usually this is a Light-filled experience. The body, plants, buildings, etc., are literally seen as spiritual Form. Words cannot adequately describe this experience.

Although the experience only lasts for seconds before the writer seems to slip back into a seeming material world, he knows that he will never again be deceived by the appearance of a material world.

The Truth writer writes from this point of reality. He lives from this point of reality.

In these high times, so-called miracles are experienced. The chains of time and space are broken, and a person may find himself being there without having to travel there.

Sometimes these experiences appear as “heavenly helpers,” when human help is not available. But, Trevor, you do get my drift. Great stuff happens.

What is your purpose?

Trevor, I’m glad you asked about my purpose, because at one time I was confused. Early on, long before I wrote God Is All, I wrote for a spiritual journal expressly for the purpose of enlightening the readers. (A lot of minds going on here, and mine was ego driven.)

Once I realized God to be the only Mind – the Mind that is both reader and writer, everything changed. As stated, I write (hopefully no more books) because only Truth is worth writing.

There was no intention of writing God Is All (the first book). One night I was just about pulled out of bed and dragged to the computer. I started writing, but it was more like I was taking dictation. I didn’t think the words. I just wrote the words that came. The book was finished in three (3) weeks.

The file sat in my computer for several years. I had completely forgotten about it. One day a friend was “playing” on the computer and found the file. He said, “Allen, what’s this? It’s really good. Did you write this? You should publish it.”

I did and God Is All has been reaching readers all over the world for over twenty years.

My purpose is BEING.

I know we live in a world of form.

Form is real. The way we seem to see Form is not real. That’s the simple Truth. Two people could be sitting in the same room – one seeing Form as it really is.

The person really seeing would see the same books, tables, chairs and bric-a-brac as the other person. The only difference, these Forms would not have density or solidity. Think of a rainbow. It has shape, but there is no solidity or density. This is how Form actually appears (or the best way words can describe it).

The thing to get is that FORM IS REAL. There is nothing material about FORM.

Rethinking Immortality

immortality_quote_2

This excerpt is by Joel Goldsmith. A collection of his writings on the Body is carried by Denice Jutras (Mystics Of The World). It is an excellent publication.

Have You Thought About Immortality As A Present Reality?

We are all interested in the subject of immortality, but not merely an immortality that is attained after death. Immortality means here, in the body. We will not lose our body, but we will lose our false sense of body and come into the realization of the true nature of body. By losing the false sense of body, we will not lose our body, the body which we have now.

I am not speaking in the abstract, but I am saying that in this very body we must experience immortality. Just as in this body, by losing the sense of disease and coming into a higher realization of perfect body, there is no loss of body, just the loss of a false sense of body. In the same way, to experience immortality here and now occasions no loss of body, but only the loss of a false sense of body.

In our meditation, let us realize this: Immortality here and now; the immortality of this body and this universe, and all that we must lose is the false sense the world entertains of the body and of the universe.

You Are Not A Mere Reflection, Image or Idea

In our old teaching we were effect – an idea, reflection, expression, image, or likeness. In this approach you will find that you are consciousness, the very consciousness that is the cause of body, business, and home.

We formerly believed that a discordant body, business, or home was do to a power outside of ourselves, acting upon us. As long as we accept the belief that there is a power outside of us, just that long will we be seeking to get in touch with a good power. If the belief is accepted that a law of time is acting upon our bodies and mentalities, our experience will be on that level.

The Power Operating In Your Experience

There is no power operating in our experience separate from our own consciousness, but as long as we believe there is and are trying to get in touch with it, we will never contact it. The only treatment worth calling a treatment is the realization that, “I am life eternal. I am the way, the truth, and the life. I and my Father are One, and that Oneness constitutes immortality, harmony, grace, joy, and abundance of my body and Soul.
